You meet local business owners face to face — law offices, clinics, salons, home-service shops — and show them what they're losing to missed calls and a dead website. Every deal you close pays a commission; bigger builds, bigger cut.

What you'll do

✓Visit and call local businesses in the Twin Cities metro (your list or ours)
✓Run the pitch in person: what they're losing, what we build, what it costs
✓Hand closed deals to the build team and collect your commission

You're a fit if

✓You're comfortable walking into a business and talking to the owner
✓You've done sales, retail, service, or anything customer-facing
✓You want income tied to effort, not hours

Remote Appointment Setter

Pay: Per booked appointment + bonus on closed deals

You work our lead lists by phone, text, and email, and book qualified local businesses onto a call with the founders. You don't close — you open. Paid for every qualified appointment that shows.

What you'll do

✓Call and message businesses from our lead lists
✓Qualify them in two minutes: do they miss calls, is their website hurting them
✓Book them into our calendar and hand off clean notes

Web Designer (Contract)

You turn a discovery call's worth of business info into a clean, modern, conversion-focused website. We hand you the brand, content, and scope — you make it look like money.

What you'll do

✓Build responsive sites from our design system and project specs
✓Turn client branding and photos into pages that convert
✓Deliver revision rounds fast and clean

✓You're fast with modern site builders and front-end fundamentals

Automation Builder (Contract)

You wire the systems behind the sites — missed-call text-back, instant lead alerts, booking links, follow-up sequences, and the connections between forms, inboxes, and trackers.

What you'll do

✓Build and test automation workflows (webhooks, email/SMS, scheduling, CRM-style routing)
✓Set up professional email and team tools for clients
✓Document what you build so it's maintainable

You're a fit if

✓You've built automations with tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make (or you code)
✓You think in flows: trigger → action → edge case
✓You test your own work before anyone asks

Content & Copywriter (Contract)

You write the words on client sites — clear, warm, jargon-free copy that makes a local business sound established and gets visitors to take one action.

What you'll do

✓Turn a business owner's rambling notes into tight page copy
✓Write service pages, about pages, FAQs, and follow-up emails
✓Match each client's voice without losing clarity
